Merna mora has nine self-contained stone and brick units adjacent to the homestead, also backpacker accommodation with share facilities. The sheep station provides a relaxing atmosphere and the opportunity to tour the nearby flinders ranges, wilpena pound, the moralana scenic route, in particular, brachina and parachilna gorges. There are also four self drive four wheel drive tracks on the property.
